Abstract
Christian culture is the core of modern legal civilization, while it once met Chinese Confucianismin Tang Dynasty as Nestorianism．They had discrepancy,similarity and resonance．Ten Commandments of Nestorianism and Ten Evils of Tang Code are view of compare with two sides ,includesShen Tao and Ren Tao, namely Sacred Worship God and Secular Monarch Loyalty．Now they had gone with their history,but the compare of double tenit has made a deepen lightenment．National rejuvenation need culture's revival, while the development of culture need openness and innovation．
