Abstract
"El Concilio no puede y de ningún modo debe suprimir el carácter humano de la Iglesia; también después del Concilio ella seguirá teniendo la necesidad de renovación. Y seguirá teniéndola siempre hasta la vuelta del Señor. El Concilio, cuyos testigos somos nosotros, tiene, y no en último término, el significado de ser una confesión de esta continua necesidad de renovación de la Iglesia y de rogar al Señor, en esta nuestra hora histórica, por tal renovación, tendiéndole para este fin la mano abierta" ["The Council can not and should in no way eliminate the human character of the Church; Also after the Council it will still need of renovation. And it will always holding it until the Lord's return. The Council, whose witnesses we are, have, and not least, it means to be a confession of the continuing need for renewal of the Church and pray to the Lord, in this our historical time, for such renewal, holding out for this order open hand"]
