Abstract
U.S. Bank’s high ethical standards are supported with enforcement. Any action or behavior that, in the opinion of U.S. Bank, violates or jeopardizes its ethical standards may result in immediate disciplinary action up to and including termination. To underscore the commitment to ethics at U.S. Bank, Jennie Carlson has been appointed as the Chief Ethics Officer with responsibility for the oversight of all aspects of the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
