  • Analýza možností a návrh inovace informačního systému zdravotnického zařízení s použitím cloud computingových služeb

    Práce se zaměřuje na všudypřítomný trend cloud computingu a jeho využití v rámci informačního systému nemocnice. V rámci teoretické části práce vymezuje základní charakteristiky a distribuční modely cloud computingu. Dále pak určuje základní prvky softwarového práva, které vymezují životní cyklus IT outsourcingu, ochranu dat a ochranu osobních údajů. Praktická část této práce analyzuje stávající stav informačního systému nemocnice a navrhuje možnosti inovace informačního systému s použitím cloud computingové technologie. Pro přechod do veřejného cloudu práce využívá kancelářského a ekonomického softwaru. Pro privátní cloud byla využita serverová a desktopová virtualizace.

 Cybercrime is more lucrative than all other types of crime combined, a fact driving more cybercriminal activity, and also driving a significant need for cybersecurity professionals. Cyber threat intelligence, an important element of cybersecurity, is a growing area of career opportunity. Monty St John, Director of Cyber Intelligence for CyberDefenses, is a pioneer in this developing field. Drawing from decades of Darknet intelligence experience spanning the corporate world, the military and law enforcement, Monty explains what cyber intelligence is, its role in cybersecurity and the skills needed to excel in this career path. He shares how this investigative discipline is a key part of critical cybersecurity initiatives, including securing elections, forensics evidence gathering, protecting corporate intellectual property and helping businesses defend employees and customers against financial and identity theft.
 
 Monty is a cybersecurity expert with more than two decades of experience in threat intelligence, digital forensics, malware analytics, quality services, software engineering, development, IT/informatics, project management and training. He is an ISO 17025 laboratory auditor and assessor, reviewing and auditing 40+ laboratories. Monty is also a game designer and publisher who has authored more than 24 products and 35 editorial works. He has served in both the U.S. Army and the Navy. He is the Director of Threat Intelligence for CyberDefenses, an award-winning Managed Security Services Provider working with the Federal government, state and local government and businesses since 2001.

    Over nearly 20 years, Brazil has shown constant efforts to develop the Internet not just on a national scale, but in Latin America as a whole. It became one of the most important promoters and financial supporters of the Latin American and Caribbean Internet Addresses Registry (LACNIC) and also hosted the UN Internet Governance Forum in Rio de Janeiro in 2007. Today it has the biggest IT market of the continent and still a lot of challenges to accomplish. This article presents a historical introduction about the development of the Internet in Brazil and also focuses on current tasks to participate in the global Internet Governance process and to further digital inclusion.

ICANN-Studienkreis ? un gruppo internazionale di esperti ? provenienti dalle diverse constituencies di Internet: il settore privato, il mondo accademico, la societ? civile, i media e i governi ? che si confrontano sui temi pi? attuali della governance di Internet. Tale dibattito rappresenta una delle pi? importanti occasioni di approfondimento sul futuro della Rete a livello internazionale. Fadi Chehad?, Presidente di ICANN, ? stato fra i principali protagonisti del dibattito di Pisa. L?evento ha rappresentato l?occasione per approfondire l?analisi dei modelli e l?evoluzione dei principi della Internet governance in Italia. Fadi Chehad? ha manifestato le sue preoccupazioni al governo e agli altri attori dell?Internet in Italia: ?Se noi tutti, noi portatori di interesse di Internet, non lavoriamo insieme, arriveremo presto ad un punto in cui le soluzioni per la Rete, anche tecniche, non saranno pi? attuabili n? incrementabili?. Quello verso cui dobbiamo puntare ? il multi-equal-stakeholder, ossia non solo consentire a tutti i portatori di interesse della Rete di prendere parte al suo sviluppo, ma garantire che lo facciano in modo paritario. Il Presidente di ICANN ha avuto modo di rappresentare al Viceministro per lo sviluppo economico, Antonio Catrical?, l?urgenza di adottare anche in Italia un sistema moderno ed efficiente di governance, che possa garantire un armonico processo di crescita della Rete. In tale ottica, Fadi Chehad? ha suggerito alla comunit? Internet italiana, quale caso di studio, il modello attuato dal governo del Brasile, che, con le dovute specificit?, ? stato nel tempo adottato in altri paesi del mondo. Con questa nota si ? inteso analizzare il modello brasiliano di governance di Internet con particolare riferimento alla costituzione del Comitato di Gestione per l?Internet (CGI.br), riportandone i principali atti giuridici (atti costitutivo di ?il Decreto n. 4829 del 3 settembre 2003 sull?istituzione dell?organismo di riferimento per la gestione del sistema Internet in Brasile e la Risoluzione 2009/003/P sui Principi per la governance e l?uso di Internet). ?
