    The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of inclusion of children with physical disabilities in pre- primary education. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge of the development and current state of common education of children in pre-primary facilities. The legislative framework for education of children with physical disabilities in the Czech Republic is analyzed. The specifics of education of children with physical disabilities and possibilities of their support in kindergarten are outlined. Attention is also paid to the requirements for the personality of a teacher or pedagogical assistant in an inclusive environment in interaction with children with physical disabilities. In the practical part, the methodological basis of empirical research is first defined, which consisted in processing a number of case studies of children with physical disabilities, which were included in pre-primary education in mainstream nursery schools. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with nursery school teachers and analysis of school documents and other documentation for individual children.   • La importància del rol del personal no docent de suport per a un sistema educatiu inclusiu

    Les polítiques educatives pretenen ser cada vegada més inclusives, tal i com es desprèn de l'ús d'aquestaterminologia en lleis i iniciatives nacionals i internacionals. Una de les figures de suport quetradicionalment ha estat lligada a la presència en aules ordinàries d’alumnat amb discapacitat o dificultatsd’autoregulació de la conducta és el personal no docent de suport. Tot i haver estat estudiatsinternacionalment, la presència d'aquests professionals a les aules i l'important paper que tenen peraconseguir un sistema cada vegada més inclusiu, gairebé no hi ha dades d'ells en el context espanyol.Aquests article té com a objectiu difondre coneixement quant a les evidències entorn al personal nodocent de suport així i com mostrar les tres figures presents en el sistema educatiu català: els i leseducadors/es d'educació especial (EEE), els i les auxiliars d'educació especial (AEE) i els i lesmonitors/es de suport (conegudes com vetlladors/es). Per tant, s’explica el cas català en particular i esrecullen i conjuguen els diferents models recomanats, sense obviar les preocupacions entorn a laformació, exigències i condicions contextuals. En suma, es subratlla la importància de concebre el suportd’una forma més distribuïda i l’adopció d’un rol educatiu que vagi més enllà de la mera assistència.
  • The education, training and developmental support for employees with disabilities : a wellness perspective

    This study investigated the education, training, and developmental support offered to
 employees with disabilities, the contribution thereof to their wellness, and the support
 needed to further improve their wellness. The Bio-psycho-social Model of Disability and
 the Six-dimensional Model of Wellness were used as the theoretical lenses to better
 understand disability and wellness. The aim was to answer the research question, “What
 kind of education, training, and developmental support is offered to employees with
 disabilities in organisations?”
 Within the interpretivist paradigm, the researcher used qualitative research to better
 understand the wellness experiences and developmental needs of employees with
 disabilities. Twelve participants were identified with the assistance of organisational
 representatives as part of snowball sampling, before the researcher conducted semistructured interviews with each. The researcher and an independent co-coder then
 analysed the data, using content analysis.
 The study revealed that participants described mostly positive experiences on all six
 wellness dimensions, but they considered the education, training, and developmental
 support provided insufficient on most of the dimensions. They indicated that, to improve
 their wellness, their employers need to offer disability-specific education, training, and
 developmental support to all stakeholders including colleagues, managers and
 community members. This stressed the need for a wellness framework that includes the
 education, training, and developmental needs unique to disability.
 The Wellness Framework for Employees with Disabilities proposed as a result of this
 study indicates the participants’ personal and work-related developmental needs, as well
 as the organisational and community development they feel will contribute to their
 wellness. This support should also empower employees with disabilities to become
 change champions for disability, to drive disability awareness, and, with organisational
 support, change and ensure the implementation of relevant public policies.
 The study was limited by the availability of research on disability, and further research to
 evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed wellness framework and the disability-related
 public policy developed since 2014 is suggested. Future studies could also investigate
 other wellness variables, to holistically understand the wellness of persons, specifically
 those with disabilities.
  • Strategi guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam meningkatkan akhlakul karimah siswa diMTs Sunan Kalijogo Kota Malang

 Dalam dunia pendidikan upaya guru sangatlah penting, karena tugas guru bukan hanya untuk meningkatkan keimanan, pemahaman, penghayatan, dan pengamalan siswa tentang agama Islam, sehingga menjadi manusia muslim yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Allah SWT serta berakhlak mulia dalam kehidupan pribadi, bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara. Pada prinsipnya pendidik mempunyai tanggung jawab dalam membentuk kepribadian Islam anak didik, serta bertanggung jawab terhadap Allah SWT, karena kedudukan akhlak dalam kehidupan manusia menempati tempat yang penting sebagai individu, masyarakat dan bangsa, sebab jatuh bangunnya suatu masyarakat tergantung bagaimana akhlaknya. Apabila akhlaknya baik, maka sejahteralah lahir dan batinnya, apabila akhlaknya rusak, maka rusaklah lahir dan batinnya.
 
 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mengetahui Program guru PAI dalam meningkatkan akhlakul karimah siswa di MTs Sunan Kalijogo Kota Malang (2) Mengetahui implementasi guru PAI dalam melaksanakan akhlakul karimah siswa di MTs Sunan Kalijogo Kota Malang, (3) Mengetahui kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi oleh guru PAI dalam meningkatkan akhlakul karimah siswa di MTs Sunan Kalijogo Kota Malang.
 Pendekatan ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik obserasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis dengan langkah yaitu : reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber.
 
 Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan : 1) Pertama, Program guru PAI dalam meningkatkan akhlakul karimah siswa di MTs Sunan Kalijogo Kota Malang yaitu dengan mengadakan program keagamaan yaitu bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengalaman yang lebih mendalam tentang ajaran agama Islam dan implementasinya kepada para siswa. 2) Kedua, Implementasi guru PAI dalam meningkatkan akhlakul siswa di MTs Sunan Kalijogo Kota Malang bukan hanya dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, dan hukuman, akan tetapi ada keteladanan, pembiasaan dan pengalaman. 3) Ketiga, Kendala dan solusi guru PAI dalam meningkatkan akhlakul karimah siswa yakni guru harus bekerjasama dengan sharing antara guru dan orang tua siswa dan saling bertanggung jawab dengan cara mengoptimalisasi kegiatan agama, keikut sertaan orangtua atau dukungan dan motivasi, penerapan kegiatan yang religius, nasehat dan hukuman guru, kesadaran siswa dan orang tua, pergaulan lingkungan yang baik, serta kerjasama antara guru dan guru menjadi contoh atau tauladan terhadap semua siswa.
 
 ENGLISH:
 
 In the world of education the efforts of the teacher are very important, because the teacher's duty is not only to improve the faith, understanding, appreciation, and practice of students about Islam, so that they become Muslim people who believe and devote to Allah SWT and have good morals in personal life, society, nation, and state. In principle, educators have a responsibility in shaping the Islamic personality of students, and are responsible for Allah SWT, because the position of morals in human life occupies an important place as individuals, communities and nations, because the rise and fall of a society depends on how the character. If the morals are good, then the soul and soul are born, if the morals are damaged, then the physical and mental damage are broken.
 
 This study aims to: (1) Determine the PAI teacher program in improving students' morality in Sunan Kalijogo MTs Malang (2) Knowing the implementation of PAI teachers in implementing morality students in MTs Sunan Kalijogo Malang, (3) Knowing the constraints and solutions faced by PAI teachers in improving the morality of students at MTs Sunan Kalijogo Malang.
 
 This approach uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study used techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation that were analyzed with steps namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data in this study uses source triangulation techniques.
 
 The results of the study show: 1) First, the PAI teacher program in improving the morality of students at MTs Sunan Kalijogo Malang, namely by holding a religious program that aims to provide deeper understanding and experience of the teachings of Islam and its implementation to students. 2) Second, the implementation of PAI teachers in improving student morals at MTs Sunan Kalijogo Malang City is not only by lecture, question and answer, discussion, and punishment methods, but there is an example, habituation and experience. 3) Third, the constraints and solutions of PAI teachers in improving students' morality, namely teachers must cooperate with sharing between teachers and parents and take responsibility for each other by optimizing religious activities, parental involvement or support and motivation, implementation of religious activities, advice and the punishment of the teacher, the awareness of students and parents, good environmental relations, and collaboration between the teacher and the teacher become an example or role model for all students.
 
 ARABIC:
 
 في عالم المعلمين الجهد مهم جدا ، لان مهمة المعلم ليس فقط لزيادة الايمان ، والتفاهم ، والعاطفة ، وممارسه الطلاب حول الإسلام ، بحيث يصبح رجل مسلم الذي يؤمن ويخاف الله لله سبحانه وتعالي في الحياة الشخصية والمجتمعية والعرقية والولائية. من حيث المبدا ، يتحمل المعلمون مسؤوليه في تشكيل شخصيه الطلاب المسلمين ، ومسؤولين عن الله سبحانه وتعالي ، لان موقف الأخلاق في الحياة البشرية يحتل مكانا هاما كالافراد والشعوب والأمم ، لان صعود المجتمع يعتمد علي كيفيه ذلك. إذا كان الغياب جيدا ، ثم ولدت والداخلية ، إذا كان عقله مكسورا ، ثم ولد والداخلية له.
 يهدف هذا البحث إلى: (1) لمعرفه برنامج المعلم بأي بأي لتحسين الطلاب ' اخلكول الكرمه في المدرسة الاهليه سنن كاليجوغو مالانغ (2) معرفه تنفيذ المعلمين بأي بأي في تنفيذ الطلاب ' اخلكول في المدرسة المدينة الجامعية ، (3) معرفه القيود والحلول التي يواجهها معلمو المدرسة في تحسين الطلاب في المدرسة الاهليه في المدينة النبوية التي كانت.
 
 ويستخدم هذا النهج نهجا وصفيا نوعيا. تستخدم تقنيات جمع البيانات في هذه الدراسة تقنيات المطابقة ، والمقابلات ، والوثائق التي تم تحليلها بخطوه: تقليل البيانات ، وعرض البيانات ، وسحب الاستنتاجات. ان صلاحيه البيانات في هذه الدراسة تستخدم تقنيات التثليث المصدري. 
 
 وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة: 1) أولا ، برنامج المعلم بأي بأي في رفع الطلاب ' اخلكول كارمه في المدرسة الاهليه السنن كاليجوغو مالانغ هو برنامج ديني يهدف إلى توفير الفهم والخبرة حول التعاليم الدينية الاسلاميه وتنفيذها للطلبة. 2) ثانيا ، تنفيذ المعلمين بأي بأي لزيادة الطلاب ' اخلكول في المدرسة الاهليه في مدينه مالانغ ليس فقط من خلال طريقه المحاضرات والاسئله والاجوبه والنقاش والعقاب ، ولكن هناك الشفافية والتعود والخبرة. 3) ثالثا ، العقبة والحل للمعلمين بأي بأي لتحسين الطلبة الذين يجب علي المعلم التعاون معهم في المشاركة بين المعلمين وأولياء أمور الطلاب والخضوع للمساءلة من خلال الاستفادة المثلي من الانشطه الدينية ، ومشاركه الوالدين أو الدعم والتحفيز ، وتطبيق الانشطه الدينية ، ومشورة المعلمين والعقاب ، ووعي الطلاب وأولياء الأمور ، والجمعيات البيئية الجيدة ، والتعاون بين المعلمين والمعلمين ليكون مثالا أو مثالا لجميع الطلاب
