Abstract in Chinese: 马克思曾用详尽的论证揭示出现代社会是一个“金融资本统治的世界”。这一世界就是风险社会，是基于对“现代性社会”或当代“社会现实状况”的“不确定性”的一种界定。经济全球化带来与主权国家经济规则之间的冲突，经济发展与政治、文化因素也充满着交融与冲突。Abstract in English: Karl Marx has comprehensively demonstrated that modern society, the risk society, is “a world ruled by the financial capital”, which is defined on the nature of “modern society”, or the “uncertainty” of the present “social reality”. The economic globaliza-tion brings conflicts on economic rules of different sovereign states, and the economic development is also full of interactions and conflicts with politics and cultures. [pp.227-228]
