Abstract
"El pueblo judío a lo largo de la historia ha sido consciente y celoso guardián de su identidad. Esa conciencia de su peculiaridad y las distintas estrategias que ha desarrollado para salvaguardarla le han permitido sobrevivir como pueblo hasta el día de hoy. Otros pueblos, tras desarrollar su existencia durante años, debido a las transformaciones culturales y al mestizaje étnico que experimentaron, acabaron disolviéndose en otras colectividades" ["The Jewish people throughout history has been aware and jealous guardian of his identity. That awareness of its uniqueness and the different strategies that have been developed to safeguard allowed him to survive as a people until today.
