Abstract
本文以《民法通则》颁布后我国[1]民法学界对性自主权的确认和保护相关研究为主线，兼顾性骚扰、涉性刑事犯罪附带精神损害赔偿、婚姻法上以及人权领域的性权利研究，试图梳理出我国学界性自主权理论的发展历程。限于文章的主题和篇幅，本文没有深入分析学者对于同性恋等少数性现象（minority sexuality）的研究，另外也未完全涵盖被民法学者引用的其他社会科学领域，如哲学、伦理学和社会学，对于性问题的研究成果。
