Abstract
"Este trabalho propõe o desafio de refletir sobre os direitos dos usuários dos serviços de saúde, considerando o tema da vulnerabilidade à luz da Bioética em interface com a Enfermagem. Busca elucidar dois percursos seqüenciais, ou, metaforicamente, fazer uma caminhada e construir pontes, partindo do conceito de pessoa em direção aos direitos humanos e dos direitos dos usuários aos deveres dos profissionais, dando particular enfoque à mediação que tem de atender – no sentido de dever - à vulnerabilidade dos usuários dos serviços de saúde" ["This study proposes the challenge of reflecting about the rights of healthcare services users, taking the topic of vulnerability from the Bioethics point of view in its interaction with the Nursery field. It tries to elucidate two sequential paths, or, metaphorically, to take a walk and build bridges, starting from the concept of human being until human rights and users rights to the professionals duties, focusing particularly to the mediation that must (duty sense) attend the vulnerability of healthcare service users"]
