Abstract
生命权对于每个公民来说，都是最基本、最重要的权利。没有了生命，公民的身体健康权、财产权以及其他政治权利都将失去依托。对于这一最基本、最重要人权的刑法保护，除了应遵循一般的法律原则外，尤应强调生命至上原则和平等原则这样两个基本原则。
