Abstract
The purpose of this writing is to explain about the leadership strategies in islamic education to build the excellent young generation. In its practice, Islamic education ought to give some educational aspects such as Tarbiyah Jasmaniah, Tarbiyah Aqliyah, and Tarbiyah Adabiyah. Some concepts in this education are different with the west education which is secular, liberal, and pragmatic. Moreover, the concept of Islamic hedonism offered in this research refers to the concept of zuhud. In education area, the application of this Islamic hedonism includes the faith education, restraining the desire and being the firm individual as figured by Sulaiman prophet.
