Abstract
"In recent theological bat, has often been the argued that the traditional assertions absolute character of Christianity were meaning become null or devoid while simply by the fact of religious pluralism. This seems to assume that [assertion of a absolute character had its meaning in a context or Christianity was exercising a religious and cultural monopoly, but loses its meaning outside this context. We can answer is that by advancing the opposite view: of its origin, Christianity affirms its absolute character, while it is not in the pluralistic situation of the Roman Empire. In other words, it is precisely a situation religious and cultural pluralism which is the birthplace of this statement an absolute character.
