Abstract
经济一体化进程的加快促进了跨国公司在中国的发展，但近年层出不穷 的跨国公司商业贿赂案引起了社会对反跨国公司商业贿赂行为的紧迫性的 关注。但是以往的相关对策研究基本集中在法制方面，对商业伦理建设在 这一课题中的应用的研究还缺乏足够的可操作性，本文将通过目前在华跨 国公司商业贿赂的现实情况，以初步探讨通过企业内部实施有效商业伦理 建设和管理对促进跨国公司运用商业伦理规范减少商业贿赂的发生的必要 性和可行性，并提出实施上的建议。 [Article published in the Award-Winning Papers of the 2008 College Students' Corporate Social Responsibility Essay Competition, organized by the Center of International Business Ethics CIBE, Beijing, China.]
