"O comportamento dos juízes constitui um fator importante nos processos de formação, em que a ética se espalha por todos os temas relevantes para sua experiência vivenciada. O presente trabalho propõe a discussão do tema na perspectiva de duas canções (14 anos, de Paulinho da Viola, e Espelho, de Paulo César Pinheiro e João Nogueira), que partem da lembrança paterna para falar da responsabilidade pelo agir ético no plano profissional e pessoal" [" The judge’s behavior constitutes an important factor in their training processes, because ethics plays an important role in all subjects of their living experiences. The present paper proposes the theme discussion in the perspective of two songs [14 anos (14 years old) by Paulinho da Viola and Espelho (Mirror) by Paulo César Pinheiro and João Nogueira], who use of the paternal memory to talk about the responsibility by the ethic action and beeing in the professional and personal level"]
