Abstract
据国内各大媒体报道，当今时代，99%中国企业尚未有过捐助记录。据中华慈善总会统 计，中国每年的捐赠大约75%来自国外，15%来自中国的富人，10%来自平民百姓。而美国只有 10%的捐款来自企业，5%来自大型基金会，85%的捐款来自民众。目前的差距显示，我国有过 捐赠行为的公民比美国少了75%。资料显示，我国人均捐献款一度仅为0.92元，不足人均GDP 的0.02%，可见中国慈善业的困境
