Abstract
农村工业污染问题的日益突出，严重阻碍了农村经济和农业的发展， 直接侵害了农民环境权，使农村和农业发展及农民环境权的保护处于极为不利的境 地。有必要从农民环境权及其环境权益受损入手，在分析我国企业社会环境责任的缺 失及原因的基础上，建议从企业内部机制、政府干预机制以及社会监督机制来建立企 业的环境保护责任机制，以期农民环境权益得以有效地保障。 [Essay published in the context of the fifth CSR paper Competition, organized by the Center of International Business Ethics CIBE, Bejing, China, in 2011.]
