Abstract in Chinese: 在市场起着决定作用的今天，经济伦理的理论基础可以从人的自由全面发展理论、经济秩序理论、制度变迁理论、社会公正理论等中寻找根据；研究的时代主题包括经济全球化进程中的伦理问题、金融危机引发的经济社会各个领域及各种主题的伦理问题、经济伦理问题研究的政治维度等。Abstract in English: In the present time market has taken a dominant position, economic ethics could found its foundations from comprehensive devel-opment theory, economic order theory, system change theory and social justice theory. And its themes include the ethical problems in the pro-cess of economic globalization, the ethical problems of various themes that have been brought by financial crisis in all fields of this economic society, and the political dimension of the study on economic ethnic problems. [pp.195-196]
