妇女的生殖权利无论在中国还是在整个世界都是一个令人关注的、存在着许多尚未解决难点的问题。吸毒妇女目前在某些国家较多,在中国若干地区也有一些吸毒妇女,因此对吸毒妇女生殖权利理论和应用的探讨具有重要意义。
