Abstract
"Este artículo busca primeramente presentar algunos aspectos de la investigación literaria e histórica sobre el texto Génesis 37-50. Después de una tentativa de estructuración del texto, sigue un ensayo de interpretación. Ahí se destaca que la historia de José es una novela con material sapiencial. Como novela familiar busca presentar la monarquía como necesaria para salvar la vida del pueblo. El texto, probablemente, tuvo su origen en el tiempo del llamado “iluminismo salomónico”, y recibió algunos añadidos cuando fue incluida en la obra general del Pentateuco" "This study first presents some points of view of the literary and historical research about Genesis 37-50. After a atempt to give a estructure of the text, follows a essay of interpretation of this text. The emphasizes that the gender of Genesis 37-50 is a novel built with wisdom material. As a familiar novel his purpose is to show that the institution of the marnarchy is necessary to save the life of the people. The text probably had his origin in the time of Salomon, and receive some additions when ist was includet in the hole work of the Pentateuch"
