Abstract
"Research provides the foundation for action towards poverty reduction and attainment of the Millennium Development Goals. Norway supports international health research through a number of initiatives, funds, networks and organizations. Norwegian institutions have a long tradition of research collaboration with partners in developing countries on international migration, global health, development and poverty reduction in the south."
