Abstract
The paper proposes to apply the phenomenological method for analysis of management sciences, especially those that are used for diagnosis and synthesis of social and ethics problems. Phenomenological analysis shows that ethical management is extremely difficult. A major barrier is a strong technocratic paradigm (instrumental rationality). It seems that we should abandon in education and managerial action the technocratic model and introduce the personalistic-phenomenological model. Personalistic phenomenology allows the construction of stable foundations of business ethics. Furthermore, it is both theory and practice.
