Abstract
"The paper emphasises justice and equality in the perspective of the Qur'an and the Hadith. Islam as a religion holds the values of justice and equality containing various principles of equality, including related to man-women relation within family or public space. The idea of gender equality leads to the transformation of Islamic law relating to the issue of professional fields such as the female judge producing legal products based on gender equality. "
