Abstract
"Our Code is a guide for making sound decisions in complex situations. It provides information, support and resources to help us act ethically and to comply with the laws and regulations that affect our business. Our conduct is the foundation of our reputation, and our individual business decisions help us maintain the trust we have built with our clients and other stakeholders. For this reason, we have a continuing responsibility to understand and comply with our Code and other Company polices and to seek guidance where appropriate. Our Company also encourages us to report violations that we observe. This is an important dimension of accountability."
