Abstract
朗·富勒是二战后兴起的新自然法学派的杰出代表。他所推崇的新自然法学虽然继承了西方世俗 自然法思想的理性传统，但又独树一帜，不仅强调法律与道德密不可分，而且认为法律必须以一 系列“内在道德”为支撑。关于这一思想的详尽论述，集中体现在他的代表作《法律的道德性》 （郑戈译，商务印书馆２００５年版）中。该书的出版，使富勒赢得了“美国近百年来四位最重 要的法学理论家之一”的美誉。
