Abstract
"Este artigo tem o objetivo de evidenciar o modo como o homem renascentista compreendia o fenômeno jurídico através de um estudo multidisciplinar que considere as interações estabelecidas entre política, arte e filosofia na sociedade florentina do século XV. Por meio do estudo do Discurso sobre a dignidade do homem de Pico della Mirandola pretende-se caracterizar o ambiente filosófico do Quattrocento, após o que se investigará a forma como o artista e seu trabalho eram compreendidos na sociedade da Renascença, com vistas a identificar na obra La Calunnia de Botticelli elementos que permitam divisar uma representação da justiça característica do período" ["This article aims to highlight how the Renaissance man I understand the legal phenomenon through a multidisciplinary approach that considers the interactions established between politics, art and philosophy in Florentine society of the fifteenth century.
