Abstract
The objective of our research is to explore the influence of organization stakeholders on the decision-making process when faced with management related ethical dilemmas. Our research aims to produce a better understanding of the role played by stakeholders, based on works related to the ethical decision-making process and the stakeholders approach, within the framework of the dilemma itself, but also according to the way it is to be solved. The methodology is based on the thematic analysis of cases of ethical dilemmas in management encountered by MBA students during their professional experience. The results of these studies allow us to propose a typology of the roles played by stakeholders in ethical dilemmas.
