Abstract
通过对决策理论中“囚徒悖论”问题的考查，找出道德合理性的必要条件和充分条件， 并在此基础上进一步证明，除了法制和制度性建设外，我们同时也需要进行内容合理的、有效 的道德教育，以提高全体国民的道德素养。反过来，全体国民的道德素养也会为道德观念的合 理性创造条件、奠定基础。
