Abstract
This paper aims to study the level of understanding of the Tablighi congregation members about the letter of al-Nahl verse 125 which contains the methods in preaching. Tablighi Jamaat is a group of Muslims who could be called as an active group in proselytizing. They proselytized door to door or directly into the homes of Muslims to invite to the goodness path. As a result, the level of understanding and practicing Da’wah by the members of Tabligh congregation has several varieties; some of the members have a good understanding and practice, some are less in understanding the verses about the methods of da’wah but good at its practice, and a few have a poor understanding and its practice.
