Abstract
Der Beitrag rekonstruiert das in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre dominierende Verständnis von "Arbeit" und zeigt, wie eine rein ökonomische Erkenntnisperspektive zentrale Dimensionen des Begriffs ausblendet. (This paper gives a definition of the "concept of work" that is commonly shared in the field of business studies and reveals that perceptions that are solely economic neglect crucial dimensions of the concept.)
