Abstract
"El objetivo de este trabajo es reconstruir las discusiones sobre la Administración Pública en la Argentina, a partir de la crisis el 2001. Parece haber acuerdo entre los académicos en la necesidad de construir una nueva conceptualización sobre el retorno del Estado, aunque las estrategias relacionadas con ese regreso, estén aún en discusión. El artículo espera aportar a este debate" ["The aim of this paper is to reconstruct the discussions on Public Administration in Argentina, from the crisis in 2001. There seems to be agreement among scholars on the need to build a new conceptualization of the return of the state, although related strategies that return, are still in discussion. The article hopes to contribute to this debate"]
