Abstract
Environmental issues are becoming a source of conflict between states and within states. The latest issue of the Horn of Africa Bulletin looks at the region’s environmental problems from a security perspective. It also looks at potential religious tensions in Ethiopia and how best to contain them, in addition to a review of Kenya’s Tena Delta clashes and what measures are possible to prevent them in the future.
