Abstract
"En el año 1952 el Tribunal Supremo alemán condenó a dos médicos por cooperación al homicidio. Los médicos, durante el año 1941, habían tomado parte en la campaña gubernamental de eutanasia masiva para los enfermos mentales. Habían elaborado listas de enfermos, entregándolos así a la muerte. Ante el Tribunal quisieron hacer valer de forma incontestable que sólo habían cooperado en la acción homicida para salvar a una parte de los enfermos que estaban amenazados de muerte" ["In 1952 the German Supreme Court sentenced two doctors for cooperation murder. Physicians, in 1941, had taken part in the government's campaign of mass euthanasia for the mentally ill. They had drawn up lists of patients and delivering them to death. Before the Court they would enforce incontestably they had only cooperated in the murderous action to save a portion of patients who were threatened with death"]
