Abstract
"El autor comienza revisando el marco histórico del origen de los Comités de Ética Asistencial Hospitalarios (CEAs), continuando con la descripción de la formación del CEA del Hospital Virgen del Camino, de Pamplona y sus actividades desde sus inicios en 1997 hasta la actualidad (2004). El presente trabajo contempla revisiones y estudios realizados, temas y casos clínicos discutidos, la metodología de trabajo, aspectos relacionados con la docencia, documentación, reglamento interno, sistemática" de trabajo y asuntos pendientes ["The author starts by checking the historical frame of the origin of the hospital ethics committees, continuing with the description of the formation of the ethics committee of «Virgen del Camino» hospital of Pamplona and its activities from its beginnings in 1997 to the present time (2004). The present work contemplates reviews and realized studies, topics and clinical controversial cases, the methodology of work, aspects related to the teaching, systematic, documentation, internal regulation of work and unsolved matters"]
