Abstract
This article deals with the issue of GMOs. It questions the possible benefits of this agricultural technology but also the risks that are associated with GMOs. It tries to draw people's (public opinion and political leaders) attention in order to encourage the leaders to take responsible decisions in this matter. The article deals mainly with the situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
