Abstract
Ce texte fait partie des études sur la gouvernance des associations à but non lucratif. Le concept de gouvernance est souvent utilisé au sens de contrôle. Il existe un sens alternatif dans lequel s'inscrit cette étude. La gouvernance peut être interprétée, alternativement, comme un terme associé à des concepts comme la participation en utilisant des structures organisationnelles décentralisées et démocratiques. La structure de la gouvernance reflète et développe l'identité organisationnelle. À cet égard, le concept d'entrepreneur collectif est utile pour le développement des structures de gouvernance participative et démocratique. L´étude du cas Doutores da Alegria vise la construction de quelques propositions liées à l´utilisation du concept d´entrepreneur collectif pour le développement des structures de gouvernance dans le milieu des organisations de nature solidaire et inclusive. Doutores da Alegria est une organisation à but non lucratif qui offre un service innovateur permettant la combinaison d’une intervention artistique à une intervention médicale en milieu hospitalier pédiatrique, au Brésil. Le cas met en relief le rapport entre artistes (clowns) et non artistes, et le rapport aux leaders. Le changement organisationnel vécu par cette association montre comment ses acteurs ont construit une nouvelle structure participative répondant également aux attentes des non artistes et reconnaissant un leadership pluriel. // This text is part of the studies about governance of non-for-profit associations. The concept of governance is often used with the meaning of control. It exists another meaning and this study illustrate this alternative meaning. Governance can be alternatively interpreted as a term associated to concepts like participation by using organizational structures that are decentralized and democratic. The structure of governance reflects and develops the organizational structure. In this sense the concept of collective contractor is useful for the development of structures of participative and democratic governance. The study of the case Doutores do Alegria tends to built some propositions related to the use of the concept of collective contractor for the development of governance structures in the context of solidarity-based and inclusive organizations. Doutores da Alegria is a non-for-profit organization that offers an innovative service allowing the mix of artistic intervention and medical intervention in the context of a pediatric hospital, in Brazil. The case shows the relation between artists and non-artists and the relation to leaders. The organizational change experienced by this association shows how its actors have built a new participative structure responding to the expectations of non-artists and recognizing a plural leadership.
