Abstract
伴随着政治问题越来越成为世人关注的热点问题，政治伦理问 题的研究也就越益显示出它的重要意义。然而，由于人们对政治伦理的界定不 同，导致了实践理念的不同，从而影响着政治伦理在现实生活中的实现。本文 以经济为基础分析政治与道德的关系，指出，在不同的经济条件下，政治与道 德的联结方式不同。而在这种联系方式中获得规定性的政治伦理的含义也就不 同。以阶级为主体的政治伦理随阶级的性质、社会地位和发展趋势而变化。以 个体为主体的政治伦理，在自然经济条件下主要表现为角色道德，而在商品经 济条件下则主要表现为职业道德。政治伦理的含义规定着它的基本规范即：正 义、平等、廉洁和人道。规范的约束作用意味着政治伦理对政治、道德并通过 政治、道德对整个社会具有不可或缺的作用。但是只有在一定的条件下，政治 伦理才能实现。 [ The political issue becomes the hot issue concerned by more and more people, so it takes greater significance to have a research on the political ethics. However, owing to the different boundaries of political ethics. People hold kinds of practical ideas, which influence the realization of political ethics in real life. This paper analyzes the relations between politics and morality based on economy. It points out, under different economic conditions, politics joins with morality in different ways, thus the implications of the political ethics present distinctly. The political ethics of social class becomes difference following the quality、 position and developing trend of social class have changed. And individual political ethics under the natural economy, as the morality of politicians, is mainly a kind of role's morality, however, the political ethics under the commodity economy is a kind of vocational morality of the comprehensive political relations. The meaning of political ethics fixes the most basic norms. They are justice、equality、honest and clean、humanity. The function of political ethics norms can`t be ignored, but it need necessarily condition to realize. Different implications of political ethics mean different conditions and ways to realize it. ]
