Abstract
"Se aborda el debate sobre la transexualidad como un trastorno mental, frente al derecho humano de una persona a modificar sus órganos genitales y su apariencia física, y que el Estado modifique sus documentos de identidad, en los cuales se le atribuya un nuevo sexo. La finalidad es aportar una perspectiva que contenga más amplios argumentos para la solución de la problemática" ["A debate is approached about classifying transsexuality as a mental disorder, against its recognition as the practice of the human right of an individual to modify their genitals and physic appearance, as well as to obtain State, allowing to adequation and modification on their identity documents with a new gender"]
