Abstract
"A Declaração Universal sobre Bioética e Direitos Humanos homologada unanimemente pelos 191 Estados-Membros da unesco em 2005, reconheceu os direitos humanos como referencial mínimo universal para a bioética. A Declaração tem como eixos estruturais a justiça, o reconhecimento da dignidade da pessoa humana, o respeito aos direitos humanos universais e às liberdades fundamentais. No âmbito desta conferência, utilizaremos a concepção da bioética enquanto um campo de conhecimento constituído pela convergência multi, inter e transdisciplinar, para dar respostas concretas aos conflitos éticos e morais nos assuntos relativos à saúde e à vida em geral" ["The Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights approved unanimously by the 191 Member States of UNESCO in 2005, recognized human rights as universal minimum benchmark for bioethics. The statement has the structural axes justice, the recognition of human dignity, respect for universal human rights and fundamental freedoms. As part of this conference, we will use the concept of bioethics as a field of knowledge constituted by the multi convergence, inter- and transdisciplinary, to give concrete answers to the ethical and moral conflicts in matters relating to health and life in general"]
