Abstract
A knowledgments This dissertation would never have been a omplished without the support of a lot of people. I am very grateful to my advisor Prof. Dr. Leo Kaas who a quainted me with labour e onomi s in various ex ellent le tures and seminars. He supported me during my do toral studies with innumerable helpful omments and dis ussions while he gave me always the freedom for reative thinking. I also enjoyed the ol-laboration during the eld experiment for our joint paper. I am very thankful to my se ond advisor Prof. Dr. Carlos Alós-Ferrer. His le ture in advan ed game theory and various remarks helped a lot to improve my analyti al skills and this thesis.
