Abstract8v: Antonio da Cividale, motet (isorhythmic), on St. Katherine of Alexandria, 3 voices: 'Inclita persplendens virgo virtute decora'. 9r: empty staves. ; 15th-century polyphonic music: 325 secular and religious pieces. Some anonymous pieces, others by 56 named composers, including c. 50 pieces by Guillaume Dufay. The repertoire is mainly in French, by northern composers, though the manuscript itself was made in Italy, c. 1428-36. No illustrations.
