AbstractJohannes Tapissier, motet, mentioning papal schism, 4 voices: 'Eya dulcis adque vernans rosa', 'Vale placens peroratrix'. Guillame Dufay, rondeau, both for 3 voices: 'Ma belle dame je vous pri'; 'Adieu ces bons vins de Lannoys'. ; 15th-century polyphonic music: 325 secular and religious pieces. Some anonymous pieces, others by 56 named composers, including c. 50 pieces by Guillaume Dufay. The repertoire is mainly in French, by northern composers, though the manuscript itself was made in Italy, c. 1428-36. No illustrations.
