ARE CURRENT U.S. FARM COMMODITY PROGRAMS OUTDATED? ARGUMENTS IN THE NEGATIVE
AbstractOver the next two decades a level of government involvement in agriculture comparable to that of the past two decades can be justified. A realistic set of policy goals is presented and suggestions for fine-tuning government programs are offered.
