Abstract
The paper utilizes the imagery and story of Tom McCarthy's 2015 film Spotlight to create reveal how deeply rooted Christian values are in American society. The paper also challenges this dominant ideology by highlighting the corrupt institutional efforts to maintain a pure image of the Church.Date
