Recursos hídricos e sistema de abastecimento de água na cidade de Faina-GO

Esse trabalho consiste em uma reflexão sobre a problemática atual do sistema de abastecimento de água com origem na Estação de Captação e Tratamento de Água (ECA e ETA) na cidade de Faina-Go, de infraestrutura que permitam o abastecimento de água em quantidade e qualidade face ao solicitado pela empresa prestadora de serviços, em termos de sua gestão, identificando os possíveis interesses e valores conflitantes subjacentes a tal gestão, buscando compreender as formas de relacionamento da população com os órgãos governamentais referente à falta d água nas torneiras na cidade de Faina, através de uma contextualização histórica. Do mundo antigo e sacralizado, desembocamos no mundo moderno, secularizado e pluralista, baseado na cientificidade e no tecnicismo. Contudo, a água foi, e continua sendo, geradora de mitos, crenças e doenças, fonte de energia e abastecimento, meio de transporte, opção de lazer e alimento. Esta pesquisa realizou-se com o objetivo de avaliar o sistema de abastecimento e demanda de água para o consumo humano. Por tanto foram identificados equipamentos danificados e falta de infraestrutura. A metodologia usada foi realizada por meio de pesquisa de campo e entrevista para analisar a satisfação da população inerente ao abastecimento de água na região, e por coleta de dados a partir da Empresa de Serviço Autônomo de água e Esgoto de Faina - SAAE. Os resultados obtidos durante a pesquisa demonstraram que a maior insatisfação da população é com relação a prestação de serviço, devido a ausência da água com freqüência. Assim sendo, o presente estudo visa de acordo com os resultados contribuir para a melhoria da qualidade desse sistema, garantindo dessa forma o bem estar da população local. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

This work consists of a reflection on the current problems of the water supply system originating from the capture and Water Treatment Plant (ECA and ETA) in the city of Faina-Go, infrastructures that allow the water supply in quantity and quality compared to the request of the service company, in terms of their management, identifying possible conflicting interests and values underlying such management, trying to understand people's ways of relating to government agencies regarding the lack d water taps in the city of Faina, through a historical context. The old and sacralized world, desembocamos in the modern, secularized and pluralistic world, based on scientific and technicality. However, the water was, and remains, generating myths, beliefs and diseases, and energy supply source, means of transport, choice of leisure and food. This research was conducted with the objective of evaluating the supply system and demand for water for human consumption. Therefore damaged equipment and lack of infrastructure were identified. The methodology was carried out through field research and interviews to analyze the inherent satisfaction of the population to water supply in the region, and by collecting data from the Autonomous Service Company of Water and Sewage Faina - SAAE. The results obtained during the research showed that most dissatisfaction of the population with respect to service delivery due to lack of water frequently. Therefore, this study aims according to the results contribute to improving the quality of the system, thereby ensuring the well-being of local people.
