The professional field of project management is widening, across the world. Professional organizations are growing, and so is the need for project management education. Knowledge gain through a blend of theory and practice is of crucial importance in today’s challenging project environment. This paper discusses a few aspects of the challenges in educating and training project managers. The authors discuss about the post graduate certificate in advance project management (PGC-APM) program from S. P.
