This study proposed to test empirically the effect of Islamic Work Ethic on implementation of Organization Justice and the impact to Accountant’s Role Stres. The sampels in this study are the Accountant whos working in Sharia Banks and Non-Banks of Finance Institute in the province of DKI Jakarta, Banten, and West Java. The total sample of accountant in this study is 202 accountant from 26 Shariah Banks and non-Banks finance institute. Sample was choosed by purposive sampling method, whilst the statistical method used in this study was SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) with the aplication of AMOS 18.00.
 The result of this study showed that Islamic Work Ethics has positif impact towards the three dimensions of Organization Justice which are Distribution Justice, Prosedural Justice and Interactional Justice. While Islamic Work Ethic has negatif effect on Work Stres, Distribution Justice also has negatif effect on Work Stres while Prosedural Justice and Interactional Justice do not have effect on Work Stres.Type
