Based on the results of an ending doctoral research, this presentation discusses the reactions to the implementation of this global educational standard with a special focus on: a) its appropriation and transposition into educational policies by the Senegalese authorities and b) the national movements resisting the educational policies affecting the non-formal educational structures, more precisely the Koranic schools.Date
