Конкурсные задания олимпиады по педагогике об офицерской династии Римских-Корсаковых как возможность внедрения результатов исследования

Abstract

Реформирование системы военного профессионального образования в целях достижения качественного соответствия перспективам развития общества и страны требует инновационных подходов к организации учебной и внеучебной деятельности курсантов, обусловливает обновление научно-методического обеспечения учебно-воспитательного процесса, развитие образовательных технологий и широкого олимпиадного движения в военных вузах. В статье представлен историко-педагогический анализ деятельности морской офицерской династии рода Римских-Корсаковых. Офицеры династии Римских-Корсаковых способствовали внедрению прогрессивных идей и развитию новых направлений педагогической деятельности в военно-морском образовании. Показана возможность внедрения результатов исследования в практику военных вузов через организацию олимпиад по педагогике по примеру в Санкт-Петербургского военного института внутренних войск МВД России, в котором проводятся тематические олимпиады по педагогике среди адъюнктов, обучающихся по научно-педагогическим специальностям и курсантов по всем дисциплинам кафедры педагогики.

Reforming of system of military professional education for achievement of qualitative compliance to prospects of development of society and the country demands innovative approaches to the organization of educational and extracurricular activities of cadets, causes updating of scientific and methodical ensuring of the teaching and educational process, development of educational technologies and broad Olympiad movement in military higher education institutions. The historic-pedagogic analysis of the naval officers’ activity of the House of Rimsky-Korsakov is given in the article. The officers of the House of Rimsky-Korsakov contributed to the introduction of progressive ideas and development of new approaches of pedagogic activity in naval education. Possibility of introduction of the results of research in practice of the military higher education institutions through the organization of the Olympiads on pedagogics on the example of the St. Petersburg military institute of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in which the thematic Olympiads on pedagogics are held among the graduated in a military academy, training under the scientific and pedagogical specialties and cadets on all disciplines of the pedagogics department, has been shown.
