Abstract
Abstract<p>The article defines the role and place of monitoring of&nbsp; the&nbsp; basic knowledge quality in future pharmacists training.&nbsp; We have analyzed&nbsp; monitoring&nbsp; peculiarities&nbsp; of pharmacy students&#39; knowledge taking into account the specifics of future professional activity, the integration of learning content, professional orientation and professional psychological and pedagogical&nbsp; subjects&nbsp; and professional skills development.&nbsp; The monitoring is sufficiently complex and ambiguous phenomenon. It is used in different areas and with different&nbsp; objectives, but has common characteristics, properties and features.&nbsp; Monitoring the quality of basic knowledge is implemented through a set of clearly defined methods and procedures.&nbsp; The&nbsp; Monitoring of basic knowledge quality represents a form of organization, collection, storage, processing and distribution of an educational system. Professional readiness&nbsp; for&nbsp; specialists of&nbsp; pharmaceutical industry&nbsp; realizes&nbsp; in higher educational establishments. It is the result of a comprehensive personality development to&nbsp; meet the requirements defined by the professional&nbsp; features. Formation of skills&nbsp; in the&nbsp; modern pharmacist is possible under conditions of progressive educational technologies, forms, methods and means of learning. So,&nbsp; the modern specialist&nbsp; must constantly update their knowledge, ensure the achievements of pharmaceutical science and practice, the training requirements and laws that regulate and control the pharmaceutical activities.&nbsp; That is why it is necessary to conduct the monitoring in future pharmacy specialists training.</p>
