Здоровьесберегающие технологии и методы телесно-ориентированной терапии на уроках физического воспитания учащихся специальной медицинской группы

Abstract

В статье обосновывается использование на уроках физического воспитания учащихся специальной медицинской группы разработанной педагогической технологии, основанной на методах телесно-ориентированной терапии. Учитывая, что среди нозологий заболеваний у детей специальной медицинской группы доминируют нарушения двигательной системы, коррекция отклонений в состоянии опорно-двигательного аппарата может быть выбрана в качестве основного учебного материала, реализуемого на уроках по физическому воспитанию для этой категории учащихся. Технология позволяет через механизмы, регулирующие работу постуральной системы усилить корригирующий и оздоровительно-профилактический эффект, связанный с изменением морфофункционального статуса организма учащихся. Включение физических упражнений, основанных на принципах телесно-ориентированной терапии в программу по физическому воспитанию, повышает моторную плотность урока, позволяет целенаправленно воздействовать на опорно-двигательный аппарат, гармонизируя параметры физического развития учащихся. Стимулирующее воздействие методов телесно-ориентированной терапии проявляются в расширении функциональных резервов кардиореспираторной системы, росте толерантности к физическим нагрузкам, повышении приспособительной активности школьников.

The article explains the application of the developed educational technology for the lessons of physical education of students of special medical group, based on the methods of body-oriented therapy. Considering the fact that among the nosology of diseases of the special medical group children the disorders of the motor system dominate, the correction of deviations in the musculoskeletal system can be chosen as the main teaching tool, realized in the lessons of the physical education for this category of students. The technology allows through the mechanisms regulating the functioning of the postural system to enhance the corrective, recreational and preventive effects, connected with the change of the morphological and functional status of the body of students. The inclusion of the physical exercises, based on the principles of body-oriented therapy in the program for physical education increases the motor density of the lessons, it allows influencing purposefully on the musculoskeletal system, harmonizing the parameters of the physical development of the students. The stimulating effect of the body-oriented methods of therapy is manifested in the expansion of the functional reserves of the cardiorespiratory system, in the increase of tolerance to physical activities, in the increase of the adaptive activity of schoolboys.
